The location was excellent and unbeatable, short walk to a lake with a great walking path, and the Sea World and the Disney Parks. There were air conditioning, a coffee machine and a living room in the room, loved that.

The whirlpool tub was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The floors could have used a deep clean, but the staff were super helpful. a nice getaway for a family vacation! 😊

That was a beautiful hotel with good location and rooms. The room was large and brand-new, offered useful things, such as a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a cooktop. All the staff was amiable and excellent, tackled my issues. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and a theme park close to the venue.

The outdoor swimming pool was a stunning oasis where I soaked up the sun on plush loungers by the serene lake. Enjoying my time in the spacious one-bedroom suite, the jacuzzi tub was a luxurious treat after long park days, offering a perfect unwind. Plus, the BBQ facilities were a fun way to share meals with family while enjoying the gorgeous garden area.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for ten days and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. No request was too much for them and they provided a professional service. Our one bedroom suite with bathroom, kitchenette and balcony was more than enough for two people. We were so busy we only used the pool once but it was beautiful. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The only thing we had a problem with was booking taxi's to take us to parks as we wanted to go earlier than the hotel shuttle and on 2 occasions they did not arrive at our building. We walked to the bell stand and got taxi's straight away but it was a little frustrating waiting for 30 minutes at the arranged pick up location.

We found out good prices in the hotel.

We loved our spacious suite, especially the balcony view! Pools were good and just a short stroll to the best outlet mall ever-shopping heaven!

They crammed us into one room like sardines! Who knew sharing a bed with my kids could be such a fun family bonding experience?

It has a good location with the premium outlets, the rooms have a small kitchenette without a stove only microwave, coffee maker and a mini-refriger, passing the avenue there is a supermaket, gas station and a 7 eleven, in addition to small restaurants or souvenir shops, to buy things for breakfast or dinner is great, you save some money there, because you have to leave early to the parks.

mattress was very soft and we asked for a change, being such a big complex they didn't want to change our room, they preferred to put us on boards, to give more firmness to the mattress, we just didn't like that detail, Villas are very comfortable and have everything to be well for the price they charge, as a couple or as a family. girl of reception speaks very fast English, We had to catch the words to understand him, since they must have personnel that speaks more languages, for all those that arrive from all over the world to know Magic Kingdom or Universal Studios, etc. Well, not everyone speaks English perfectly. location to the parks is like 20 to 30 minutes by car or Uber.

Great location, very clean and spacious. We stayed at 1 bedroom with full kitchen, laundry at room and jacuzzy in the bedroom. Staff are gentle.

Perfect for a couple's getaway

The room was an apartment really, good with a super comfy king bed and a jacuzzi bath that was a lifesaver after theme park days. I remember lounging on the balcony overlooking the pool, sipping drinks while reminiscing about the day's adventures, it reminded me of a slice of paradise.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every cent in my book.

From the time we arrived until we left, everything was Perfect. The place is wonderful, the rooms are very good and the location is excellent!
